To begin the replacement process, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Any details you can provide would be especially helpful as we address the issue with our fulfillment center and shipping partners.
You will not have to ship back the broken mug. Once we receive your email and photos, we will process your replacement mug and ship it as soon as possible! Thank you for your patience!
